Meet Daniela
A clinician writing for clinicians.
Daniela J. Trotman is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, author, and educator, and the creator of Rooted & Informed. She built this space because social workers are rarely met as whole people: capable clinicians and human beings at the same time.
Her work honors the humanity behind the helping profession, offering the education, language, and tools she needed early in her own career and could not find in one place.
