I'm a licensed clinical social worker, author, and educator. My work sits where clinical rigor meets human warmth, because real care requires both.
For years I've worked with clients, students, and new graduates finding their footing in the field. What I kept seeing were two groups who deserved more: clinicians doing meaningful work without enough support, and women doing the hard work of healing without a clear path forward. Rooted & Informed is what I built for both. It's grounded in lived experience and real practice, honest, intentional, and built to respect both your intelligence and your humanity. You won't find performative perfection here. Just resources that actually meet you where you are.
